Absences

If your child will be absent, please call the office.  A Note Excusing Your Child is Required by the State of California.

The following information must be included in the note:

• name of student
• teacher
• date of absence
• reason for the absence
• your signature
• relationship to student

Accounting

The due date for parent accounts is the first of each month.  Payment is considered late after the 10th.  Should your student arrive late, payment is still due on the first.  A late charge of $25 is charged to accounts not paid by the 10th of the month.  Tuition, lunch and EDC are billed to parent accounts.  We appreciate your prompt payment!

Student Pick-Up & Emergency Release

Until you are known to the staff, you may be asked to show a picture ID prior to signing your student out of EDC. 

Make sure any individual allowed to pick-up your student (s) in case of emergency is properly listed on  your emergency form in the school office.

Tardies

Punctuality is extremely important to your child's education.  Please have your child at school on time; late students are disruptive to the teaching environment.

Visitors

In order to maintain a safe campus for our children, all visitors entering the campus during school hours (8:15 am to 2:45 pm) are required to enter through the office, sign in and wear a badge.
