School Governance/BoardMoreno Valley Christian School operates as an educational ministry of Higher Ground Calvary Chapel. As such, the senior pastor is, in effect, the superintendent of MVCS and the principal is one of the MVCS staff. The legal covering for our school is the Board of Directors of Higher Ground Calvary Chapel. A school board has been established under the church board, which serves as an advisory board for financial, staffing, and policy matters and is also the board of appeals for school disciplinary matters. The school board consists of the Administrative Council of Higher Ground Calvary Chapel.
