Required Documents for Completed Enrollment(A photocopy of these documents is required at time of enrollment)
AssessmentAll new students are required to be tested when enrolling into this school. This test enables us to determine academically where a new student will be placed. A testing fee of $50.00 will be collected at the time of your child's testing. Each student is admitted to MVCS based on the assessment test, his/her standing from the previous school(s), and the student's desire to attend. Also, all financial obligations from a previous school(s) must be met before enrolled at MVCS. Transcripts and diplomas cannot be issued if there is an outstanding debt with MVCS, or a previous institution, as per regulations stated in the education code. Kindergarten ApplicantsStudent must be five (5) years old by December 5, 2009 to be enrolled - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please pick up a list from the school office of all inoculations your child should be current with. These are required prior to the first day of school. First Grade Applicants (without prior Kindergarten)Children, who have not gone to kindergarten but are entering into the first grade, will be required to submit a physical examination for school entry prior to attendance. Students will not be accepted into class without this on file. This form is available in the school office for your convenience. Re-EnrollmentEnrollment of children at MVCS is a privilege, not a right. Parents must understand that continued enrollment and re-enrollment of their children is dependent on their support of the school, its staff and its policies.
